Trip to Kakunodate,Akita - 秋田角館への旅

AKITA

Last weekend we visited our relatives in Akita and

then made a short trip to Kakunodate and Tazawako.

先週末、秋田の親戚を訪ねたあと、角館と田沢湖

への小旅行へ行ってきました。

Unfortunately, it was raining and was very cold.

But cherry blossoms were in full bloom and we enjoyed

the walk through the town.

 

当日はあいにくの雨と寒さ。

でも桜が満開で、町並みの散歩を楽しみました。

Kakunodate is famous for its old samurai residences.

                                          

 

角館は武家屋敷で有名です。

It is also famous for its hanging cherry blossoms.

This tree is a national natural treasure.                                              

枝垂れ桜でも有名です。

これは天然記念物に指定されている枝垂れ桜です。

On the way to Tazawako, we visited katakuri field.

They are naturally-regenerated katakuri.

You can go around the field by car.

                                             

田沢湖への途中かたくり畑に立ち寄りました。

自然再生のかたくりです。

車で中をまわることができます。

And then headed to Lake Tazawa.

This is famous " Statue of Tatsuko hime "

   　

そこから田沢湖に向かいました。

これが有名なたつこ姫の像です。

We then went to a hot springs.

After that we also saw mizubasho(white arum) .

                            

温泉にも行って、ミズバショウの花も見ました。

We had a good time.

楽しかったです。
